How do I order kratom from Original Harvest Kratom?
It couldn’t be easier to order your premium kratom powder from Original Harvest. You can do so in one of three ways:
1. Buy kratom online: Simply browse the selection of kratom products in our online store, and add the strain and quantity you want to your shopping cart. Then check out and pay with one of our accepted payment methods.
2. Buy kratom over the phone: Give us a call at 1-855-550-HERB (4372) and speak to one of our helpful, knowledgeable sales representatives. Let them know the strains and quantities you want, and pay by Interac e-transfer (in Canada).
3. Buy kratom with a mail-in form. If you prefer to go old-school, send us an email or call us to request your mail-order form. We will email you a printable version, or mail you a copy, and you can fill it out and mail it back. Please note that payment must still be made over the phone by one of our accepted methods; we do not accept payments by mail.

Confidentiality of Personal Information
At Original Harvest, your privacy and safety are our primary concern. Any information you provide us, including banking info, emails, mailing addresses, and phone numbers, will be kept securely only as long as it is needed, then removed from our servers.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?
At Original Harvest Kratom, you can pay with the following methods:
- Interac E-transfers (Canada only)
- Bitcoin (online orders only)
- Bank/Wire Deposit
- Payment by Mail
To place your order offline, request a printable order form be emailed to you, or provide us with your mailing address to have one sent to your home. Please note: we do not accept payments by mail. Offline orders must still be paid via credit card.
Can I have kratom delivered to my country?
At this time, Original Harvest Kratom only delivers to customers in Canada and the United States. Additionally, due to state laws, we are unable to deliver products to Tennessee, Vermont, Arkansas, Alabama, Wisconsin, Indiana, San Diego, CA, Jerseyville, IL, and Sarasota County, FL.
Ultimately, it is up to the customer to determine the laws of their region of residence – Original Harvest cannot be held responsible for any legal issues arising from the order or delivery of our products.
Can my order be shipped discreetly?
Absolutely! At Original Harvest, we ship all our customer orders in unbranded outside packaging that ensures your purchase remains your business and yours alone. Our company name and the package contents will never appear on the outside package, just the necessary mailing and return addresses, and postal information.

Orders over 13oz: $14.95

In what currency are product prices?
All prices of Original Harvest Kratom products are in US dollars. Customers will be charged in US dollars, regardless of whether they reside in Canada or the USA.
Where is Original Harvest Kratom located?
All our premium kratom products are sourced straight from their native farms in Southeast Asia, but our warehouses and shipment facilities are located right here in North America. Depending on where your order is being delivered, it may ship from our Eastern Canada warehouse, or our Western US warehouse.
Where is my order?
Once your Original Harvest Kratom order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment date and tracking number. If your order still has not arrived by the maximum delivery time listed on the Shipping and Delivery page or the tracking number link, please reach out to your local post office for assistance (be sure to provide them with your tracking number). If they are unable to help you, contact our office and we will attempt to locate your package.
Please note: Once the package leaves our warehouse (ie: once you have received your tracking number), we are no longer responsible for it. If the following occurs, please speak to your local postal service, as we are unable to assist you:
- If you accidentally entered your mailing address incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address. Please note that we cannot guarantee our ability to make address changes after your order confirmation has been received; once you have received a shipping confirmation email, the matter is entirely out of our hands. If you realize you entered an incorrect mailing address after placing your order, please contact email@example.com immediately.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” in any manner by the postal service, we cannot be held responsible missing packages. If you are concerned that someone has taken your package off your property illicitly, please reach out to your local postal service to take further steps.
Once your package has left our facility, we cannot be held responsible for it. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and contact the postal service if you have any concerns.
*Please do not inquire into your delivery date before the maximum delivery time has elapsed. Unfortunately, we cannot control postal service delays, and are unable to guarantee the speed of delivery once your product has left our warehouse.*
Can my order be shipped to a P.O. box?
Yes. Please double-check all address information before submitting your order, to ensure quick, uninterrupted delivery.
How long will my kratom last?
As long as your kratom is stored properly it can last up to three months.
To ensure the continued freshness of your kratom powder, store it in individual bags holding a day or two-worth of product, and only open the bags as you need them. Remove as much air as possible from each bag and place them in a light-proof container, preferably one that prevents outside odors from entering.
Store this container in a cool, dark location like a pantry. You can store your kratom in the fridge or freezer, but take care to ensure the bags will not develop condensation. Any moisture in the product can result in mold growth.
Even in the best storage conditions, kratom does eventually begin to lose its potency. We recommend not ordering more than a 3-month supply of kratom powder, to ensure its continued viability.

Is kratom legal?
In most US states and all of Canada, kratom is legal to buy and possess. In Canada, kratom products must be identified as “not for human consumption”. To order from Original Harvest Kratom, you must be at least 21 years of age.

What is your return policy?
