Shipping and Delivery
Thank you for ordering from Original Harvest Kratom!
Our fast, subtle shipping methods ensure you receive your therapeutic kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) powder, kratom capsules or kratom extract as quickly as possible. Every order we receive is equally important to us, regardless of whether you’ve purchased 25 grams of our product, or 2,500. Read on to learn more about our shipping costs and policies.
Please Note: At this time, we deliver our premium kratom products to customers in the United States only. We cannot ship to US states where kratom is illegal. To avoid problems, we do not ship across national borders.
However, it remains your responsibility to ensure the legality of this herbal supplement in your region. Original Harvest cannot be held accountable for seizures, fines, or other punishments that may result from your order, and we cannot replace seized products. Please ensure your location allows the purchase of kratom products before placing your order.
Our kratom products are subject to a flat shipping fee that is not dependent on the weight or size of your order. Kratom orders of $100 or more receive free shipping! Please note the delivery times listed below are approximate – Original Harvest is not responsible for postal service delays.
Residents of the United States
(excepting Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin, and San Diego, CA, Jerseyville, IL, and Sarasota County, FL)
- Due to USPS charges, orders of 13oz or less will be charged a shipping rate of $4.95.
- Orders of more than 13oz will be charged $14.95.
- Expect your order via USPS in 5 to 7 business days. This option includes tracking.
- Orders being delivered to US addresses are shipped from our office in northern California.
Residents Outside North America
We are sorry. At this time Original Harvest Kratom does not deliver outside of North America.
Track Your Order
All Original Harvest shipments include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your shipping confirmation is sent. During the shipping period, you can log on to the applicable postal service website and enter your tracking number to find out where your package was last scanned.
Even with tracking numbers, packages can go missing. If your package is not delivered by the end of the potential shipping period (as indicated on the tracking number website), please contact your postal service and discuss the matter with them. If the postal service is unable to assist you, contact Original Harvest via email or phone, and we will do our best to locate your shipment.
At Original Harvest, we reserve the right to re-package your kratom products if necessary. We will always work hard to ensure every parcel is carefully packaged, and arrives at your door in excellent condition. Rest assured – even if your order does not have the kratom packaging pictured on our website, we guarantee it is still the same premium quality product!
